(b) that condition number 4 relating to Application No. 06F/0294
should be amended to read 'No. 11 Lower Sandfield Road'; and
(c) that the following additional condition should be added to
Application No. 06F/0294:
"Prior to any works commencing on site, the developer shall
submit a construction management plan to include:
Location of site compound
Wheel washing facilities
Dust suppression measures
Such a plan shall be agreed in writing by the Local Planning
Authority and implemented in the construction of the
development hereby approved.
REASON: It is in the interests of the amenity of nearby
The architect acting on behalf of the applicant gave a presentation to
the Committee including images of the proposed development.
With the permission of the Committee Councillors Barbara Collinge and
Barbara Mace together with seven members of the public objecting to
certain aspects of the development addressed the meeting.
Resolved that the recommendations, as amended, be approved.
